Scam or Not?
Hey folks! Are you familiar with Nouveau Riche Scam? Perhaps some of you have already heard about this, while some are just shrugging their lovely shoulders and are not interested at all.
But, I guess you must read this, just so you will know… 
Internet is already full of sites debating the authenticity of a “university†which is claiming of teaching their enrollees about real estate investing and business related classes such as short sales, wholesaling, fix and flip, business financial management, foreclosures, retirement plan investing buying out of state deals and many real estate related subjects. It is their vision to help working boys and girls a freedom to be free from poverty by learning considering real estate as a good source of stable financial income.
While many are claiming that it is just a Nouveau Riche Scam, but many are also testifying that it is not a scam, indeed! They have a special blog, where the living proofs joined forces and shared their inspiring stories. Stories of how they have become financially stable. And, their ability to provide a considerable good life to their family, now.
Well, as for me whether there is indeed a Nouveau Riche Scam or none, this is just what I believe in, roll-up your sleeves, study harder, work harder, pray harder and gather lots of Lucky charms.
